SNK Vs. Capcom: Match Of The Millennium Game by SNK Review by Sang Lee JamesMcCloud10@aol.com Size: 32 Megabits Save: Battery Save Released: December 18, 1999 Works With: Neo Geo Pocket Color Only! Opening Remarks: All I have to say is "WOW!" This game just blows me away in almost every aspect. Graphics, Gameplay, the selection of fighters, their own music, etc. This game is a MUST OWN! Gameplay: Amazing! It has the fighting sytles of both SNK and Capcom. From Capcom is the "Average" sytle and for SNK is the "Rush" and "Counter" sytles. You can use the old school 1-1, Capcom's "Tag Team" format used in Marvel Vs. Capcom and SNK's 3-3 fighting game. The mini-games are great and the frame-rate stays consistant all throughout. Great job SNK! Graphics: Althrough the characters may look odd cause their skin is white (except Zangief), the background graphics are unbeliveable! You wouldn't belive how hard SNK did to use all of the power on the background. At least their clothers are colored. Sound: This is your usual booms and bangs here. Nothing special. Music: All music from your characters came out awesome in this game. All of the familar tunes of your favorite fighter. Kyo, Ryu, Ken, all music is there. Make you feel more better this way. Play Control: Excellent. The analog control makes it easy to do all impossible moves you couldn't do in other systems. Heck, you can even pull off Zangief's 720 that easily. Well, it is eaiser but still, the controls are simple and easy to use. Last Words: As you can tell, the game is awesome. All of the aspects above came out extremely good. It's odd to see a good handheld game in this industry, but this one is ONE OF THE BEST! Definately the best handheld fighting game so far (I doubt anything else will top it) and it's definately worth a look.
